This scrapbook was originally compiled by Kate Bird Cross in 1888 to document the convention of that year and decisions made by the 1888-1890 Grand Council. In 1958-1960, the book was divided into two parts, supplemented with additional material, and rebound by Cleora Wheeler. Volume II now contains material and notes related to the work of the Grand Council, clippings from The Key regarding later conventions, and remembrances of Kate Cross Shenehon.
