This scrapbook, created by Agnes Guthrie Favrot, focuses on the 1964 and 1966 National Conventions, the installations of Epsilon Lambda and Epsilon Kappa Chapters, and the 1967 Mu Province Convention. It contains photographs, ephemera, correspondence, and clippings from the events. Much of the book is devoted to items relating to Favrot's receipt of the Loyalty Award at the 1966 National Convention. This is the third book in a set of four scrapbooks by Favrot.

This scrapbook is very fragile, and the edges of some of the pages are damaged. As of December 2018, HistoryIT rehoused the four Agnes Favrot scrapbooks in two boxes.
This 30-page scrapbook features dark blue cardboard covers, with a label on the front that identifies the book as the work of Agnes Guthrie Favrot. The pages are tied together with blue ribbons.
