Description

The 1966 Candlelight Banquet featured an address by Alice Beaird and music performed by the Convention Choir. The Candlelight Banquet service began in 1935 at the Alpha Province Convention. Grand President Charlotte Ware passed one of her candlesticks to a delegate from the oldest chapter and one to the youngest, symbolizing the eternal flame lighting the way for each generation.
