Mary Evelyn Dean was awarded the Career Intelligence Medal for Exceptional Achievement by Director of the CIA James R. Woolsey upon her retirement after 31 years with the organization. She also received the Intelligence Commendation Medal for especially Commendable Services, and four Exceptional Performance Awards.
