Dr. Chung-Hie Oh of Woosuk University, Korea wrote to Margaret Easton Seney, the fraternity director of philanthropies, to express her appreciation for the $6,000 special rehabilitation grant presented to the University's occupational therapy program last year. The program currently has 17 patients.
