Exchanges, April 1884

The Key welcomes the arrival of a second periodical publication by a ladies fraternity: Delta Gamma's Delta Gamma Anchora. They also compliment the newly-received Sigma Alpha Epsilon Record, the familiar Sigma Chi, and the newly-revived Phi Gamma Delta. The section also notes the praise given to The Key by the "uniformly able and attractive" Delta Tau Delta Crescent, and urges the equally complimentary Phi Kappa Psi Shield not to be so modest that it fails to do its own fraternity justice. They Key wittily chides the Beta Theta Pi for demanding that the Key provide an opinion, while simultaneously mocking the Exchange sections of fraternity papers. The Key also apologies for their demand from the Alpha Delta Phi Star and Crescent to express an opinion, but points out that such a demand was understandable. Finally, they provide a highly complimentary review of the latest Delta Kappa Epsilon Quarterly.
