Secret Fraternities

The author argues that prejudice against secret fraternities may come from "the superstitions of certain weak-minded individuals" who perceive all that is secret as evil. However, both opponents and advocates of secret fraternities are at fault when it comes to radical generalized statements regarding fraternities. She concludes that, like all societies, secret societies have the capacity "for good and for evil."
